These terms apply to use of the StyleSociety website, member area and community platform. Separate written agreements for paid productions, talent bookings, licensing, agency work or events take priority for that specific engagement.

With your permission, Google Analytics measures public page visits and completed applications. We never send names, email addresses or form contents. Advertising tracking is off.

TERMS OF USE.
Clear ground rules for members, applicants, collaborators and visitors.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep login details private and notify us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account. We may pause access to protect the platform or investigate misuse.
Community and applications
Joining, applying or being shortlisted does not guarantee approval, representation, work, payment or selection. Decisions may consider fit, capacity, safety, client requirements and portfolio quality. Be respectful and do not discriminate, harass, impersonate or misuse other members' details.
Your content
You keep ownership of portfolio work you upload and confirm that you may share it and name any credits shown. You give StyleSociety the limited permission needed to store, review and display content according to your visibility choices. Public display permission can be withdrawn for future use.
Productions and call sheets
Production schedules, locations, call sheets and private links are confidential unless clearly marked otherwise. Do not forward them outside the relevant team. Final roles, fees, usage rights, cancellation conditions and deliverables must be agreed separately.
Platform availability
We aim to keep the platform reliable and information current, but availability can be interrupted and opportunities can change. Do not rely on the website as the only copy of critical production information.
Suspension and removal
We may restrict or remove accounts or content that breach these terms, infringe rights, create safety or security risks, or harm the community. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and allow relevant information to be provided.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, each party remains responsible for its own actions and StyleSociety is not responsible for indirect loss caused by third parties, user content or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Law and contact
Dutch law applies. We prefer to resolve concerns directly first through info@thestylesociety.nl. Before public launch, the registered legal name, address, registration number and competent dispute forum will be added here.
